In June of 2016, Collier Equipment Development & Research Systems, Inc. acquired
VMW Automated, including all
Real & Intellectual Property, Manufacturing
Equipment, Parts Inventory and other Property Rights.
At the same time, we
acquired "tice" Apparel Equipment and Property Rights.
We moved manufacturing
and distribution of all New Equipment & Parts to our facility in Lexington
Alabama.
We appreciate your patience as we move through the installation
and set-up of our expansion.
